Founded by John C. Chlepciak in 1964 and still family owned and operated. The original office was on the square in Elyria. We moved to Broad Street and then to 30 W. Ave where we are still located today. The very first policy written by JC Insurance was an SR-22. Through the years using good old-fashioned customer service, our customers requested we expand our insurance services. So, over time we became a full lines insruance broker. We have access to many insurance companies an now can offer insurance to our clients for all their needs.
Lisa, Agency Partner, arrived at our office right out of high school in the 1980’s and has been a part of the JC Insurance family ever since. If you have been lucky enough to work with Lisa you know how lucky JC Insurance is to have her as part of the family.

Lisa has been an Insurance Agent with JC Insurance Agency since 1986 when she started with the company straight out of school. Lisa’s greatest joya in life are her boys,
and she and her husband Don can often be found at a baseball field watching them play, or now coach baseball or softball. Now that the boys are grown, she mothers her two pugs
Bruce Wayne and Harley Quinn. In the summer she enjoys gardening, and in the winter she spend her free time quilting.

Mom, music lover and all about family.
Andrea is a Personal Lines producer that has been with the agency for 19 years. Believe it or not Andrea has a life outside of insurance. She is happy to attend all of her son’s baseball games and enjoys watching the Cleveland Guardians. In the summer months she attends pretty much all of the Lorain’s Rocking on The River concerts and sitting on her porch with her 3 birds, Chief, Chippy, Chico and baby dog, Chapo.
